Presenter Information

Information for those giving oral presentations:

• Please limit presentations to 20 minutes, allowing 5 minutes for questions.


• Prepare slides in PowerPoint or PDF format.


• Bring a copy of your presentation on removable media (such as flash drive or CD) to load onto conference computers prior to your talk. Presentations will be driven by our laptop computers. Both Macintosh and PC platforms will be available.


• A computer will be available in the Speaker Ready room for you to upload your presentation. Presentations should be uploaded one day prior to your talk.


• Please notify us at symposium@kbimed.com if for any reason you need to withdraw your abstract.

Information for those giving poster presentations:

• Maximum poster dimensions are 91 cm x122 cm (Standard 36x48 inches)
  
• Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors' names and affiliations
  
• The text and illustrations should be bold and large enough to read from a distance of two meters (six feet).
  
• Tacks and technical equipment for the hanging of posters will be available.
  
• Please check with the Organization Committee for the poster board number assigned to you. Posters should be mounted from Monday, August 16th, 2010 at 10:00 and removed by Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at 12:00.
