2021 is a very exciting year for KBI with the biggest injection of fresh blood!

With the breakthrough performance and rapid growth of our research services, we have recently recruited 39 new staff members. Our new family members range from university graduates to highly-experienced professionals at the middle and senior levels. They bring in new dynamics, skills and experiences at all levels of KBI, and truly reflect KBI’s values of diversity, merit-based, gender-balanced and equal opportunity.

In order to help the new staff quickly adapt to the new environment and fit into the KBI family, we organized the special 2021 Welcome Meeting on 6th and 9th of August. Dr Bob Zhang (CEO) led the senior management team to warmly welcome our new members on-site and senior off-site members joined via video link from as far as USA and Australia. Bob kicked off the meeting and remarked: “This is the biggest injection of fresh blood in KBI’s history, not only about the numbers but also about the high-caliber talents. My senior team warmly welcome you at this exciting time of KBI. I look forward to your achievement of career development and dream realization together with KBI.”

Each management team member first shared his/her experience at KBI with the new members. They also received a brief introduction about KBI’s history, missions, achievements and facilities. Dr Rosario Perez (VP) particularly encouraged the new graduates to actively engage with the team to learn and grow. The new members also introduced themselves and expressed their exciting feelings about joining KBI.

Due to the impact of COVID-19, the event was held in combination of online and offline in a very exciting and interactive atmosphere.
