Reports to: CEO Location: Based in America or in Europe Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated, capable and experienced individual to join Kunming Biomed International (KBI) as a Director of International BD. This position, which will be based in America or Europe, will be mainly responsible for strategic development and oversight of the business development and marketing strategies for the company. This person will play an important role in the corporate sales growth strategy and will be responsible for the management of all business development initiatives. Responsibilities include building the sales team, knowledgeably representing KBI in order to manage and expand KBI’s client base, and reliably develop / implement strategies to facilitate long-term relationships with new and existing pharmaceutical & biotech clients thereby accomplishing KBI’s business objectives.
Reports to: Manager of Veterinary Department. Location: Kunming, P.R. China Detailed Responsibilities: 1.Conduct routine surveillance, prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases in non-human primate colonies. 2.Ensure adherence to animal welfare standards in animal care and use at KBI. 3.Organize and conduct regular education and training for the veterinarians, veterinary assistants and animal care staff on animal welfare and clinical veterinary medicine. 4.Review study protocols for Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) approval and monitor post-approval studies. 5.Ensure the implementation of animal use policies and procedures complied with relevant international and local regulations, AAALAC guidelines and industry standards. 6.Participate in the program of animal care and use, evaluation of animal facilities and policy reviews conducted by the IACUC. 7.Coordinate the preparation, review, revision and implementation of relevant standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Reports to: Manager of Pharmacology Department. Location: Kunming, P.R. China Detailed Responsibilities: 1.Lead in specific technical areas, including MRI scanning and image analysis, PET-CT, complex surgeries and ophthalmic procedures. 2.Assist the development and verification of new experimental methods and disease models. 3.Capable of solving key problems in the above areas independently or under limited supervision. 4.Lead the experimental operations according to relevant SOPs and contribute to update of KBI's SOPs. 5.Plan research schedule for assigned experimental projects. 6.Perform data collation, analysis, storage and uploading and prepare experiment reports.

China Detailed Responsibilities: 1.Perform adaptive trainings of animals for experimentation, including various routes of drug administration and other necessary procedures. 2.Carry out all required pharmacological experiments in animals under supervisions. 3.Conduct all needed preparations for required experiments in animals.
